Elder Cipher Glitched
My brother (PSN: Ablivis) beat lvl 35 Skolas, and recieved TWO elder ciphers. The next day Variks showed he was summoned, then when he tried to turn in the bounty, it's just doubling in his inventory, and requiring him to speak to Variks again... whats going on?

I also received two, However I have heard rumors that if you dismantle one of them and finish the other one and get the reward and THEN go back to Variks and resume the one you dismantled and receive another weapon, I cannot confirm this yet but will keep you updated.
