If you've used an auto rifle in the past few days, you may have felt a noticeable difference in the damage it deals in PvP. Bungie seems to have kept this rebuff quiet, and I'm proud to have discovered it without help from YouTube or anything else. I was leveling up my Warlock when I found out about this.
