So i noticed this wasnt a part of the 2.0 tuning and it should have been. The dregs Promise has a serious problem. It deals little to no damage. Pve its a joke wvwn in the previouse nightfall that hads Arc burn and specialist on it was crap. In pvp on the other hand me and a few people have taken notice that at times it doesnt register damage at all i ran up behind someone in inferno skermish with it and unleashed the clip into him and it only did 1/4 his health bar. That is seriously an issue considering there are only 2 side arms and compared to the Vestians Dynasty the Dregs promise is the equivalent to throwning paper clips at the enemy. Please someone see this and get this fixed because at this momen that gun is probably the least used because of that and its sad
