Decoherent Engrams for Cryptarch
Ever notice how after Lvl 20, Blue (Decoherent) Engrams become a bit more of a common thing?
Have you also noticed that after Level 10, buying Engrams from the Cryptarchs seems useless?
My suggestion is to have the Cryptarchs start carrying Blue Engrams to help out those who need them.
Plus it'll help further their levels on a little quicker too.
Thoughts?
