So I finally beat Skolas tonight wasn't as bad as I thought. Mines added a small wrinkle but pretty straight forward. My question is this. I received two Cyphers and brought them to Variks. Now I have to do PoE and get the chest, but do I have to do it level 32 and above, or can I just zip through the level 28? Would be easier and don't have to do LFG.
