Wow. I didn't even read it all. What, exactly, do you think Deej's job is? It certainly isn't to take everything this niche adolescent toxic joke of a community says and somehow force Bungie to do something about it. Bungie has already given their opinion on matchmaking. You, and many others, don't agree. They have slowly changed their minds about certain things, but feel strongly that it doesn't belong in certain aspects of the game - like the hardest ones. And I agree with them. And for every one of you vocal minority, there are quiet majorities that are playing and don't care about changing it. I see the results of these LFG sites a handful of times every week in Trials. Some pickup group gets rekt 2 games in a row, and some rage quitter ruins the night for 2 poor suckers. There is a difference between not doing a job and just thinking you whiners are wrong.
