I would add a birthday party modifier to nightfalls/PoE. For all Halo vets, this would be like Grunt Birthday Party. I would personally ban any and all PvP cheaters. I would give myself Revenant (seriously, -blam!- you Dead Orbit). I would nerf Thorn and The Last Word. I would buff Auto Rifles. I would remove Final Round from all sniper rifles.
