I have Never used the Celestrial Nighthawk helmet but i know the ability Big Game is terrible it takes away 2 of your golden gun shots and it provides you with the keyhole ability which everyone uses anyway. The keyhole ability let's you penetrate enemy's and pretty much kill infinite with 1 bullet when you have 3 without using the helmet. Although that 1 shot gives you 6x damage you wont be nearly able to kill anybody, possible 1 or 2 mobs/Players, but you can kill a major in just 1 shot and take down half of crotas shield. Although the other 2 abilities are good like Ashes to assets, the helmet is good.
