Ives, how could you?
I bought two Exotic Engrams from Xur last night and cashed them in at the Reef, only to get two Helms of Saint-14...an Exotic I already have and that's fully leveled up. The stat roll wasn't even better on the new ones.
Dammit Ives, I go to you to AVOID the BS Rahool is known for!
