Witcher 3: Cutscenes skippable?
So Witcher 3. Amazing game, I hear. I really want to play it, but for reasons that are irrelevant here I want to skip over as much of the sex and nudity as possible. How much can I avoid? Can I skip cutscenes that contain it? How much is not in cutscenes and can I avoid it?
Helpful answers are appreciated. Speculation, hate, and social commentary are not.

1 RespuestaI don't get why devs have to put sexual material into games. It's completely unnecessary and a lot of us just don't want to see it while we're trying to play a game.
