Icarus
What's the general opinion on this perk? good? Bad? Does it mesh well with angel of light? Is it worth keeping on a roll w/ firefly?

You could run it on primary's and maybe win a few more gunfights jumping around. But The only real application I could see for Icarus is on snipers. Even then, not sure if it's worth rolling over something like hidden hand, or if it's even a rollable perk on snipers.
