Does the Icarus perk ruin it?
I recently scored a Loner.Rebel handcannon from a drop in level 28 PoE. I was stoked because the base stats set it apart from a lot of other handcannons (Her Mercy for example has nothing on it).
Anyways, I spent some time (and resources) reforming it and as you all know it's tough to get that perfect roll. I ended up with:
Icarus
Smallbore
Luck in the Chamber
Does Icarus ruin this roll, I have no experience with the perk myself.

I say yes since being in the air makes you an easy target in both pvp and pve if you don't use blink. It may help out those who use the angel of light perk on the warlocks sunslinger
