Can someone explain explosive rounds to me?
So apparently these are god mode for the crucible, but something you should never equip for pve...why?
I know they interfere with critical shots in pve, but what makes them so good for pvp?

Let's say you have a bullet that does 100 damage. 1/2 the damage goes directly to the person hit. 1/2 the damage goes to a group in the area. So in PvE, where adds may be clustered together - AoE damage adds value. In PvP, players are not clustered typically so it doesn't add much value.
