ToO adept weapons?
Most people I have played with in PoE don't have any primary elemental damage weapons that they got from PoE. They either have none from this DLC, or got it from ToO. So, my question is, why do adept weapons even drop in ToO/are obtained easier than in PoE? It's not like people who play PvP need primary weapons with elemental damage.

No clue why going Flawless gives guns with a PvE only function. That said, I wouldn't say ToO Adept weapons are "easier" to get. After all, you have to go flawless to get them. Rather, they are a [b] guaranteed [/b] reward if you do go flawless, whereas Skolas primaries have stupid low drop rates (and you only get one chance a week).
