Answer this ridd... Err question.
I take it you would agree that your God allows us free will.
Also that free will is what allows us to be who we are right?
I also presume you would agree that all evil and sin in the world is a product of that free will. Yes?
I am made to understand that evil and sin are unable to exist in heaven, correct?
So my question sir, given that free will is what makes us who we are, and that no evil nor sin is able to exist in heaven, how are we allowed freedom to be who we are in heaven?

What Heaven will be like is simply unfathomable. It's perfect. True Perfection. And once we are in this new realm of perfection, there is simply no need for evil or sin. There is no chasing after fleshly desires anymore, no murder, no cursing, no hate or greed or adultery. Other than that, it's hard to describe it any further without having actually been to Heaven.

So in heaven there cannot be sin... So how did Adam and Eve sin and get their asses kicked down to earth

They didnt. They were made on Earth. Then they sinned amd we got to where we are today.
