Is it safe to use the Companion?
I've always liked the idea of the Companion, but never used it as I found out that some people apparently lost their gear because of the app. Is it now safe to use it to transfer gear and manage inventory? Thanks in advance!

I use it regularly and haven't lost anything though the app. It's important to note that it's said to avoid transferring gear while dead or in a loading screen. However, if something does by the off chance happen to go missing, please refer to the page below. More often than not, it'll turn up.
