I recently fully upgraded my Eternal Warrior helmet for me titan. On the last perk called "Resolute" it says it "Provides Unstoppable for Fist of Havoc". From my understanding that should mean Unstoppable will be always on thus allowing me to use another perk on the same row. I believe Helm of Inmost Light does that but with other perks being involved. Well, it's not always on.. in fact the Resolute perk does absolutely nothing. Am I misunderstanding something or is this helm actually useless?
