Where are the grimoire cards for the Fallen bounty targets?
After killing each one for the first time, I got a message saying I found the grimoire card, but they're not in my grimoire when I check. Anyone know if they will be showing up when HoW is released, or is this a glitch?

I've gotten 75 grimoire since the patch no idea where 30 of it came from.

Released when the DLC drops.

Yea I spent some time looking for them, there is also a dead ghost about skolas, which isn't showing up, so I'm assuming we can't read them until Tuesday.
