Did they add Proximity to the Tank?
Has anyone noticed this in the Mars Strike? I used to be able to spam Black Hammer from a certain spot and just walk to the side when the tank shot and it'd narrowly miss me. Now it blows me up almost every time.

They could always do that. The tanks are exotic. The cabal just finally maxed it out and unlocked that perk.
