It's not so much that feminism is dick-headed, it's more that, people in general tend to get carried away and come off like dicks when they back a cause, especially when they've just begun subscribing to a cause. It’s the same with atheists, born-again-christians, socialists, libertarians, environmentalists, animal-rights activists, etc. There's a tendency to be overly outraged, outspoken and carried away with an attitude of "I'm right and everyone else is wrong. WHY ISNT EVERYONE ON BOARD!?" -- which is obviously good ol' fashioned dick-headery of the utmost degree (except when I do it because I [i]actually am[/i] always right). Also common is vilifying anything that is scarcely in opposition of the cause. In the case of feminism, this manifests in the form "anti-men."
