Factions should accept vanguard marks
Seems odd that you do bounty missions on patrol but can't spend vanguard marks.
Can we get factions to accept Vanguard marks. The Vanguard selection is pretty vanilla, and it seems PvE players should have equal access to fwc, new monarchy, dead orbit.
