"alright! i just scored some loot and Return To Sender is a perk! awesome!" said no one ever. return the weapon to sender. this perk is seriously misleading. may as well not even have it. 15% chance you'll get a round returned IF you kill something. may as well scrap the weapon or just accept that you got a bad perk roll. it would be worthy if the return was more like 75-80%. the perk description is seriously misleading. i bet if it said "15% chance of returning a round to magazine" no one would ever buy it from a vendor, and likely they would all get scrapped for materials. mulligan is another bad perk. boo hiss bungie. boo. hiss.
