Can't get past level 26
I'm having trouble getting past lvl 26. I've done plenty of strikes and few Eris bounties and a lot of regular bounties. I have rank 1 Vanguard and FWC. Do I just need to get them to level 2 and 3 to really do anything?

Keep playing ROC strikes, do nightfall and weekly every refresh that's 1000xp for vanguard. Get enough vanguard marks, purchase some armour from them. Xur is here purchase an exotic (unless tou have one already) level it to 36. Hopefully you can be 27, find a group which can take you through crota. You obtain gear to be level 32!
