Just got the Saterienne Rapier from a Blue Engram. Rate my perk rolls!
Always wanted it but I'm not a PvP kind of person and the Crucible has some major problems such as me getting my kill after I am killed.

Like you I'm not much of PVPer so I was excited to get this...I had almost decided to grind the crucible to get the marks and rep to get the vender version.
