Missing Vanguard Commendation
So I've leveled up Vanguard a three times in the last week or so, but only received one Vanguard Commendation (which I haven't had the chance to spend yet). Can you only hold one Vanguard Commendation at a time? If so, that seems pretty stupid

I just hit Level 6, so it's not the level. I'm not sure what it is

You can hold more than one, but you only get one each time you rank vanguard up to rank 3+. What ranks did you reach?

What level were you at start? You only gain commendations at level 3 and higher
