Can we get some use out of our space ships? Like a mini game while the raid/quest/tower is loading. It could be an old-school, classic arcade style game like Raiden where you just scroll side to side and shoot little jets as they fly toward you. And/Or A minigame that you could play at anytime. Maybe you go talk to a guy in the loading dock and he's like "hey there's some Fallen ships getting close to the surface, go take em out before they get here" and you can fly around shooting bad guys for 30 seconds to a minute. (Gold Tier if you take out <50 within the time limit or something like that). It doesn't even have to be for glimmer or rewards (though, that would be awesome too...). It would just be cool to see our little jets flying around shooting things for the 15-30 seconds it takes for the game to load. When I first heard about this game, I was so excited to get a spaceship (Imagine that guy from the Lego Movie, but exactly like the guy from the Lego Movie). Imagine my disappointment when I realized they serve no purpose. All I'm saying is, can our spaceships please do something other than float?
