The only reason people find it OP is because you can re-roll it to try and get good range, if every shot gun had the ability to re-roll then I'm sure every shot gun would be running similar stats.

That wouldn't be fun. If we didn't get to re-roll Iron Banner guns I probably wouldn't play it. There's so much lag and cheap OSK cheese in this game it wouldn't be worth it IMO.
