What does more damage? My golden gun or Gjallahorn? My golden gun or Black Hammer? My golden gun or Ice breaker? I rather use a weapon and get a 10-12k crit rather than a super with 1-2k damage. I think that way, the boss will die quicker? Also most grenades become redundant since Atheon moves out of the way from it. Also, even though the super recharges fast, its still faster to fire two sniper rounds or a powerful rocket at him, so you case becomes redundant. And BTW, it doesn't charge fast in the shield. It charges fast when all oracles are destroyed. Oh, and I'm not a "Christmas noob". I've played the game since beta and last I checked, I played over 1066 hours on the game. I've beaten VoG hard so many times, I lost count and 60% of the time, he dies after the first teleport with NOBODY using supers.
