Playing everyday since the alpha and day 1, doing every nightfall and weekly, doing every PvE bounty+Daily on all 3 characters, raiding up the wazoo and I am sadly never lucky enough to get it. I guess my DESTINY is to never enjoy that weapon. Only Xur can help I guess :( Trying to abstain from buying it from Xur, but after the result from this past weeks nightfalls, I think I am losing hope. Ugh
