How can someone get a post mortem melee? Oh I know, have them actually die a second later than they should. Even though I have shot them and killed them, let them get off a rocket or golden gun so they can kill me. That makes sense. The one who is faster at pulling the trigger should get the kill. There should not be a small window of opportunity to kill someone after they have dealt the final blow which kills you. It is cheap and unfair.
