Rumors have been spreading that if you report players as "Helpful, Kind, or Highly Skilled" under the roster menu, it boosts their chances of getting Exotics, Legendary engrams, etc. So a small team of my friends tried it... during Crucible... one got a Legendary Engram and the other got Thunderlord right after the match... after reporting each other as all 3; Helpful, Kind, Highly Skilled. Anyone else tried this? P.S. I know this goes against RNG but I'd be shocked to find out this really works.
