There is such thing as too much of a good thing. Our bodies are composed mostly of water, which us composed of an oxygen atom to each 2hydrogen. Drinking too much water can kill you as well, so I don't find this fact overwhelming. Our bodies chemistry is just that, a chemical equation that has found the balance, and processes necessary to keep these chemicals balanced. Let's not forget that all that is needed to create life was water in the first place. Though, I have a hard time believing that all we are comprised of is water, blood and bone. We received something else when we are in the womb that is clearly non physical. The chemist that created us has considered our hearts to be more than an elaborate system of valves and arteries. It's the life force that disperses that chemistry throughout our bodies and supplies us with the ability to live. The heart is the key to life as the brain is the lamp to perception.
