So here's the thing in a nutshell. For the past couple years my best friend and I have had a repetitive on and off relationship but right now she's dating this other guy and for a while I was single and still in love with her. I still am but now I'm dating this other girl, but I feel bad because this other girl is like was over heels for me and I don't feel the same way. Part two, a couple days ago I noticed a large hard lump under the skin on my penis. I should probably get that checked out sooner than later huh?
