After watching the rather bad video stream from the kid. I really am not sure of this situation. At no point did the kid actually capture the conversation he had with #kirmit. And the insane threats "kirmits" youtube channel is getting from fairly well known lets players is insane. We have no idea what was said by kirmit and only go off of the child. To assume kirmit violated EULA ToS or any other terms is fine. But the problem is we only really have one side. My first instinct was that this wasn't real. And this kid was a troll. Being from 4chan/reddit, we see this type of NYPA nonsense. I for one will not draw any assumptions about this any further. To demonize someone with no context is bad. I assume Bungie and Sony haven't taken action against "kirmit" for this reason. Just food for thought.
