Bungie may have axed Randall the Vandal but Carl the Captain “was” alive and kicking.
2 randoms joined me to defend a Warsat on the moon and at 80% completion we were to meet the infamous Carl the Captain. It was only after emptying 120 or so rounds of my Culling into him that I decided we were not fighting your normal “Run of the mill” captain and hit record. At that point I decided to take the lead of our resident Titan and melee him to oblivion along with my fellow warlock..
