It's Victorian Souls, pretty much. And whilst I know there are a lot of Souls fans, I'm not seeing how this does anything different, excepting the aesthetic. Is that enough? I mean, I'm not a Souls fan, and I know Dark I has a cult following because of its (artificial) difficulty and cryptic lore, but is a reskinned Souls enough to warrant Uncharted 4-tier hype? People reckon this could be Sony's GotY.
