Is it really that bad? If it wasn't for the planner and the guy to take charge to create order then you're screwed. I always join random raid groups like yesterday on my 30 hunter for normal crota. And they were scrambled as -blam!-. I don't like being that guy who shouts orders and tells people how to play especially as the lowest lvl in the team. Teaching a 32 hunter how to do blink strike and get 3 then 4 hits on Crota, it just feels weird being that guy who leads while everyone just wants you to stfu.
