Your more than likely going to get whatever you usually get from breaking down a legendary gun....with some minor exception for the mere exclusivity of the gun.

I'm working on one now with my Lock. I was just curious if anybody had already done so (broken down [url=http://destiny.wikia.com/wiki/Eidolon_Ally]Eidolon Ally[/url]) so I could know if I'm just wasting my time or not.

Honestly....if your going to level up a gun only to break it down...your better off spending your mats/time on something else. - I have 2 husks and 1 Eidolon Ally...I'm debating whether to keep just the one or go ahead and build up 3....course that's dependent on crux of crota.

I have one [url=http://destiny.wikia.com/wiki/Eidolon_Ally]Eidolon Ally[/url] already maxed (save for the final mat from Hard Crota) and I'll likely keep that one after turning it into an Exotic just so I have it. But use it? Nah, I wasn't overly impressed with how it handled even with all it's stabilizing perks selected. I just keep running across the damn Husks without wanting them. I broke one down before thinking about it and now I'm just curious. Gonna finish the one I'm currently working with and then Edit post.

Yeah...as a rule I plan to keep 1 of each gun....no more than 3. So I'm essentially doing the same thing.
