Guns with higher rate of fire will get less of a reduction. Necrochasm may need a buff, but you will not notice this "nerf".

I'm pretty sure no one will notice. Because no one is using this gun. ANy nerf to that gun is a insult to anyone who has it. Even a 0.5% dmg reduction in that case is an insult. and ofc you won't notice the nerf. They are nerfing the weakest guns in the game even more so there won't be much diffrence as no one is going to use them anyway. Except suros in crucible. I don't know where does pve stats are coming from but I never seen anyone out dps me or get more kills with AR when im using scoute rifle or hand canon. The word of crota hits like 1.6k fully upgraded and there are 12 bullets in clip. Abyss defiant hits like 350 fully upgraded with focus fire on. Its just not happening for AR users.
