I believe you mean, ' That is the single most powerful ....'
And ... it is 'For one ....' and then 'For another' (not 'For two').

singular - adj. being the only of its kind; distinctive; unique. "The one and only most powerful auto rifle". For one/for two is a mannerism I've adopted in speech, and I often write how I speak.

Fair enough. I felt that 'singular' doesn't sound pleasant to the ear in the above sentence. I've never heard anyone say 'For two' before. Where are you from?
