No, that's a very lazy way to make a raid difficult. It's also not very well thought out as to how it will effect the rest of the game.

This is not a lazy way to make things difficult it is an important first step - push the player outside their comfort zone.

It actually is incredibly lazy. Raids should be made difficult by mechanics and coordination, not by how many instant kill enemies there are. Hyperbolized for effect.
