Ghorn isn't even that great. It's ok for PVE but it sucks for PVP. Truth is 100 times better. It tracks aggressively and detonates on proximity. You can't get away from Truth.

I have truth but would much rather have ghorn as most people play more pve than pvp

Truth is great for PVE as well.
