Hi there,

It's been over a month that I've been having this issue. It's frustrating that I can't play with my friends. I'm completely dissatisfied with this game & service. I had preordered the digital download guardian edition & raved to my friends about this game before it came out. Now I'm extremely disappointed. Judging by the numerous complaints & failure to have a fix for so long, I think it's time to get the FTC involved. I do want a complete refund for a product that does not work. been over a month that I've been having this issue. It's frustrating that I can't play with my friends.
