Indeed, other than the Red Death (praise it) and Bad Juju, PR are almost unusable compared to the other weapon types.

TLW doesn't follow the PR type I'm thinking of. I'll say, High RoF/low impact PR are almost unusable.

I use pulse rifles on my titan and Three Little Words is really the only one that is remotely usable besides the exotics and Oversoul Edict (Bad Juju and Oversoul Edict both act more like janky autos then like pulse rifles though.) .
