Xur should sell Mythocart on ONE CONDITION
[b]It should only be available to those who have done hard raid at least 10 times[/b] and still don't have it. [b]Maybe not 10, maybe higher or lower[/b] but I think you get the point. Make it like a quest item, like the Urn of Sacrifice, you can only buy the Urn if you are doing the Urn Of Sacrifice quest, it will only be available to those who have done hard raid at least 10 times and don't have it. This should be sold along side the weapon of the week of course, so it's not screwing over those who don't raid.
Edit: If someone who got it their first hard raid run (that they cheesed) deserves it, then those who have done it at least 10 times certainly do. Not generalizing by saying that everyone's 1st hard VoG was a cheese, but lets be realistic, it was for quite a few.
Edit: Doesn't have to be 10, that was just an example number, it's more about the general concept

For the Same reason I don't want to see the following Sold. FateBringer Vision of Confluence Vex Mythoclast Corrective Measure Atheon's Epilogue Praedyth's Revenge Hezen Vengeance Praetorian Foil Praedyth's Timepiece Found Verdict Luck of the draw and honestly some people get them and some don't. My son finished VOG twice and was rewarded the Vex. I never heard so many mad people over the Mic in my life. If everybody had the Vex honestly I think it wouldn't be as special as it is.

If Xur sells it it cheapens the experience and gratification of finally getting it when you do. Raise gear is raid gear for a reason and the Mythoclast is so far the epitome of that experience. It's worth mentioning, I haven't even completed either raid though I've attempted them, and I do not have a Mythoclast.

4 RepliesI've never raided. The Mythoclast is a raid weapon, and should never be sold by Xur. There are plenty of other exotic weapons he can sell. I just think that raid weapons and gear should only be had by completing the raid.

But personally I wouldn't want to see Xur selling it as that's all you would see in both PvP and PvE, much the same as all you see are ice breakers everywhere. Much prefer to see rare weapond stay exactly that, rare.
