So thats why I see rookies and noobs keep getting it, makes sense. Seriously been playing for over 1000 hours and still havent got one while my friends who barely put in 100 hours get it after 3 weeks playing the game. Not to mention some rookies wi sometimes bring to VOG only to see it drop for them (usually they are dead when they recieve it aswell)

Yeah I know its just sucks sometimes seeing it drop for everybody but you. But if I get it I dont know what I have to strive for anymore in this game so maybe I am lucky in that sense.
