Buried City on Mars ( I do believe it is a hobgoblin) and another one sometimes appears in the Citadel on Venus.

I presumed it was a minotaur due to the distance between the eye and the floor. Also because he was firing void at me.

All I know for sure is that it hits like a truck and is unkillable. The one on Venus is not a Minotaur though. It is in a spot frequented by Hobgoblins and Goblins
