Ghorn to op it should not be sold again hard light not many have and it should stay that way cause it beast in PvP don't want it nerfed same with thunderlord

If ghorn is classed as OP then no-one should have it. There shouldn't be a sub class of individuals that have what is currently defined as "rare exotics". The luck of your drops shouldn't define your class of guardian, in fact buying something from Xur is more earned by completing 3x weeklies than a person who gets lucky rng from a nightfall drop. Let's face it, people with these guns feel special, and want to continue to feel this way.

Not really just don't want it nerfed cause kids cried on not getting it and if you 9 coin a week only from all 3 characters then ya but its so easy to get coins its harder to get drops so ghorn should be drop only even if its luck

But then if you do just one nightfall and get it as a drop it's not hard, it's luck. Every drop is luck. The only hard exotics and the ones from bounties. Solution, make impossible bounties for weapons. No one can consider they've earned or done something hard to get a weapon through RNG. Also, if everyone has everything then it's very doubtful it would get nerfed.

Technically Xur is RNG.. So the fact he might be selling it also means you will have obtained it through luck.

The RNG is in the sell, except it's the same RNG for everyone. What Xur sells is RNG and RNG is luck. You said luck is ok..
