We just need a sticky that says "IF YOUR WEAPON IS 331, DO NOT BUY XUR UPGRADE" and one that says, "IT IS AFTER JAN 15TH, NO YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR EV-30 TUMBLER SPARROW"
That would solve probably 80% of the help posts.

Then that would leave the other 20%, "why can't I but Gjallarhorn from Xur? I've got, 7500 glimmer and the exotic shard, but it says 0/1 for Gjallarhorn".

This is true, but then we can deal with those as they come up and also would allow us to help those that truly need real time help.

I don't think they even need to be sticky's per say, but if they just listed that as maybe FAQ at the top of the forum. Also, I cannot understand for the life of me why people have the complete and utter inability to search the forum for similar topics. Of course, that also assumes that these people can form and compose coherent sentences which most cannot.
