  • Hope it helps bro. If it's xboxone the steps are; with console on-hold finger on power button for 5 sec. (Console will turn off) wait 30 sec. touch power button to turn on. Then simply let it do its thing. Doesn't take long and won't harm saved games or anything. Although instant on or other settings will need to be reset. If 360 look it up. May not help but only thing I thought might help.
